Claude Code and Cursor Training
Structured training on using Claude Code and Cursor well in real day-to-day work. We cover the habits, prompts, and setup choices that split teams who ship faster with AI from teams who just write more code and then review more of it.
Sessions are tailored to your stack and your processes. Generic AI training produces generic results, so we build the material around the codebase your team actually works in.

How it works
Assess how your team works
We review your stack, review process, and current AI usage to find where the tools will pay off and where they are already creating rework.
Run tailored sessions
Training uses your own code and the way you work, not toy examples. Every exercise comes from work your team will recognize.
Establish working practice
We leave written conventions for when to reach for AI help, how to review what it writes, and where it should stay out of the way.
What you get
- Training built on your own codebase
- Written rules for prompting and review that your team can follow
- Guidance on how the tools fit into the way you build software now
- A written guide your team keeps
Common questions
How technical must the team be?
The training targets working developers. We adjust depth to experience level, but it assumes people who write and review code.
Claude Code, Cursor, or both?
Whichever fits your workflow. They solve similar problems in different ways, and part of the training is knowing which one to use and when.
How long is the training?
It scales with team size and how deep you want to go. Scoping starts with a conversation about your current workflow and where it hurts.
Can it be delivered remotely?
Yes. Remote delivery is the default, and sessions are structured to work that way rather than being an in-person format moved online.
