Operations Consulting

Most of the waste in how a company runs is invisible from inside, because the workarounds have been normal for years. Our AI operations service maps how work really moves through your team, finds where time and money leak, and gives you advice specific enough to act on this quarter.

We are interested in the processes your team actually runs, not the ones on the org chart. That distinction is usually where the recoverable cost is hiding.

Operations Consulting

How it works

  1. Map the real workflow

We document how work actually moves, including the spreadsheets, side channels, and manual steps that no process diagram admits to. This is where most of the recoverable time turns out to live.

  2. Find the leaks

We use AI analysis to identify repetitive work, handoff delays, and decisions that stall for reasons nobody owns, then quantify what each one costs.

  3. Recommend and sequence

You get recommendations ranked by return and difficulty, sequenced into an order that actually works, because some fixes are prerequisites for others.

What you get

  • A map of how work moves today
  • Every inefficiency we find, with what each one costs you written down
  • Ranked fixes with return and effort
  • An order to do the work in

Common questions

Is this about replacing staff with AI?

No. It is about finding the repetitive work that is consuming people who should be doing something harder. Where automation is the right answer we will say so, and where it is not we will say that too.

How much access do you need?

Enough to observe real workflows, which usually means interviews and access to the tools work passes through. We scope access explicitly at the start.

What size organization is this for?

The method scales from a single team to a department. Below a certain size the recoverable cost usually does not justify the engagement, and we will tell you if that is the case.

Do you help with the fixes?

Yes, as a separate engagement. The assessment is deliberately useful on its own so you are not locked into a follow-on.
